According to Lokmat News, in this connection, a 26 -year -old man has been detained by the Mumbai Traffic Police. The suspect has been identified as Mayank Pandya.

The family of the suspect told mentally ill
The Mumbai Police has detained the person who has been detained for questioning. His family claims that the person is mentally ill and he has been undergoing treatment since 2014.
