This film was directed by Ravi Chopra. Ravi Chopra’s wife Renu Chopra has made many revelations about the film. He has told in an interview recently that Hema Malini had given a condition to make a tight blouse for a scene in the film.

Renu Chopra told in an interview to Pinkvilla that Hema Malini was quite involved in Bagban. He had helped a lot to show the relationship of Raj and Pooja in a good way and also gave an advice.

Asked to make blouse tight
Renu Chopra said- ‘There was a scene in which she stands in front of the mirror and ready. At that time Raj comes from behind and looking at him, he says, wow. Hema told me that I can make his blouse a little tight so that when Amit ji comes, he can tie the blouse tightly. He said, the touch will give me the look that I want ‘. Which meant, he touched me. After so many years of marriage, it matters a lot to me. He is a very romantic person in real life.

The film was done at the behest of mother
Hema Malini had told in an interview that she did this film at the behest of her mother. He had said- When Ravi Chopra told me the story of the film, my mother was sitting with me. When he left, I said- ‘Four is speaking to play the role of the mother of such big boys. How can I do this? My mother said- ‘No, no you should do this. The story of the film is very good.

Let me tell you that the Bagban, built in the budget of 10 crores, earned more than 43 crores at the box office. Salman Khan was also seen playing an important role in the film.
