A man was seen acting weirdly on the rooftop of a three-storey building before jumping from there in Durg, Chhattisgarh. During the fall, he gets tangled in high-voltage wires and immediately loses consciousness before landing on the top of a shop. Just when everyone believed he was dead, the unexpected happened. As the police tried to get close to the body, the man suddenly woke up and started throwing bricks at them. Amid all this, one brave policeman was seen convincing the man to come down safely.
According to India Today, the man has been identified as Tejaraj Nayak, a resident of Kalahandi, Odisha. He was in Durg for his child’s medical treatment at a government hospital. During the incident, Kotwali Police Station in-charge Vijay Yadav managed to grab him, but Tejaraj jumped again. However, this time, he was quickly surrounded by onlookers, preventing him from running away.
The video shared on X (Formerly known as Twitter) came with the caption that read, “Superhuman – The Real Wolverine. Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “Indians are on another level.”

“Cast this guy in action movies, VFX won’t be needed,” a comment read.
An individual asked, “There are so many people there, police is also there then why was he not stopped from jumping?”
Another mentioned, “This guy just disrespected Newton, Tesla and Wolverine all at once. Fell, got electrocuted, blacked out, woke up and started throwing bricks at the police. Hollywood writers might need a field trip to Durg for inspiration.”

Meanwhile, Sukhanandan Rathore, ASP City Bhilai Durg, said, “A man was climbing onto a multi storey building in the Kotwali Police Station area of Durg district and was gesturing to jump. People were advising him to come down, but he did not. He (Tejraj) jumped in front of the people due to the high tension wire getting short circuited, and he fell on the first floor shelf and stood up after some time. After people’s admonition, he was admitted to the hospital.”
The police confirmed that Tejaraj Nayak did not suffer any major injuries. According to Rathore, while traveling by train, his child suddenly fell sick, which led him to get down at Durg. However, the reason behind his unusual actions is still unclear.
