Responding to a comment on the video, Rumesa explained why she needed to lie down during the flight. He said that he has scoliosis, which is a serious disease of the spine.
Gelgi said, “I have two long rods and 30 screws inserted in my spine, which prevent my spine from bending or twisting. That’s why I always have to keep my back straight. For me, lying on a stretcher is the safest and only option while traveling by air.”
It is noteworthy that the height of Rumesa Gelgi, who has won five Guinness World Records titles, is 7 feet 0.7 inches, and is a public speaker and activist. Apart from this, he is also a lawyer and researcher.
