Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the list of examination centers for the upcoming Additional Subordinate Services Examination (PCS) 2024. This examination is scheduled to be held on 22 December 2024. UPPSC has released the names and codes of the examination centers on its official website upppsc.up.nic.in.
Features of UPPSC PCS Exam 2024
The PCS preliminary examination conducted by UPPSC will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. There will be a total of 200 marks in each shift. In which there will be 150 and 100 questions respectively. One mark will be given for the correct answer. Whereas 0.33 marks will be deducted for wrong answer. This examination is conducted to select the candidates for various administrative services of Uttar Pradesh.

UPPSC Exam Center and Code
Through UPPSC admit card, candidates will get information about the examination center and its code. Candidates have to view this information by logging into the official website using their registration information like registration number and password. The admit card of each candidate also clearly shows the name and code of the center where they have to appear for the exam.
Required Documents
To appear in UPPSC PCS examination, candidates will have to carry some documents with them. It will be mandatory for the candidates going to appear for the exam on 22nd December to take a hard copy of their admit card, photocopy of valid photo identity card (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License etc.) and passport size photograph to the examination centre.
These are important instructions
Candidates will have to follow some instructions at the examination centre. First, they have to reach the examination center on time, so that any kind of delay can be avoided. To enter the examination, candidates will have to produce UPPSC admit card and valid photo identity card. Apart from this, bringing certain items like calculator, mobile phone, pager, Bluetooth, earphone, microphone, watch etc. to the examination center is completely prohibited.
