In this hour of grief, I thank the friendly countries who stood with us. This attack was not only on the soul of India, but was a challenge to every country and person believing in humanity. In such a situation, it is natural to raise the question whether we can accept open support of terrorism by some countries. We have to say clearly and in the same tone that we will not be acceptable to any double standard on terrorism. Together we have to oppose terrorism in every color and form. This is our responsibility towards humanity.

8- Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said in a bilateral meeting with PM Modi, ‘I am very happy to meet you. The SCO provides a platform to unite global south and east countries. The 15th anniversary is to develop India-Russia relations as a ‘special and privileged strategic partnership’ on December 21, 2025. We have multidimensional relations. Today’s meeting is expected to give significant boost to India-Russia relations. Russia and India have very good relations.

9- In the manifesto of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Pahalgam terror attack has been condemned. Declaration on 22 April 2025 Pahalgam I have expressed condolences to the families of the injured in the terrorist attack. The manifesto further states that the culprits, organizers and sponsors of such attacks should be brought into the dock of justice.
