4 out of every 5 professionals will be looking for new work in 2025

Jobs in 2025: With the beginning of the new year, people have started looking for new jobs. This has been revealed in LinkedIn. According to a report, four out of five i.e. about 82 percent professionals have started preparations to find a new job. During this period, 55 percent of the youth admitted that it was not easy for them to search for a job in the last year 2024, hence preparations have been started to search for a new job.

Largely active candidates in the job market

Microsoft’s professional networking platform said that last year, 69 percent of HR professionals in the country faced difficulties in finding skilled and talented people. In such a situation, it is expected that in 2025, youth will apply for jobs on a large scale.

It has also been revealed in the report that in 2024, very few people, about 15 percent, did any job shift. There are many who are still searching for jobs since last year. Whereas there are 37 percent who want to put the job search on hold in 2025 and are willing to work where they are now. However, 58 percent candidates are expected to get good opportunities in the job market.
