Talent is truly ageless. Proving this, Zayn Shiraz from Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad has entered the India Book Of Records by reciting the names of all 195 UN recognised countries in alphabetical order in 2 minutes and 14 seconds. The boy – aged 5 years, 2 months and 17 days – achieved the feat while blindfolded.

Zayn, born on October 6, 2019, to Dr Siraj Ahmed and Dr Juhi Ahmed, is a student of Euro Junior Class at Euro Kids located in Civil Lines area of the city.

His parents say Zayn has always been a curious child and has been dedicated to learning. He had completely memorised the names of all 195 countries of the world by the age of four, they said. Zayn’s parents added that he is fond of gaining new information and uses the mobile phone as an endless source of knowledge.

Zayn’s name was entered into the India Book Of Records in Faridabad on December 23, 2024. His achievement has made his family, school and the whole city proud. His teachers say that Zayn’s passion towards his lessons and his eagerness to learn new things makes him shine.

His story is not only an inspiration but shows that big dreams can be realised even at a young age. The record is a testament to Zayn’s hard work and dedication and shows that with the right guidance and support, children can achieve many milestones in their life.
