Infosys Dividend: The 17-month-old grandson Rohan Murthy of Infosys co-founder Narayan Murthy is going to get Rs 3.3 crore from the company’s final dividend for the financial year ending March 2025. Karma Narayan Murthy is the son of Sudha Murthy’s son Rohan Murthy and his wife Aparna Krishnan. The concentration has 1.5 million shares of Infosys, which is equivalent to 0.04 percent stake in the company. When the concentration was four months old, Narayan Murthy gifted them these shares. During that time the market value of these shares was more than Rs 240 crore.
Infosys announced final dividend
On Thursday, Infosys announced a final dividend of Rs 22 per share. Now since the concentration has 1.3 lakh shares, they will get Rs 3.3 crore from dividend payment. With this, their income so far from dividend will be Rs 10.65 crore. Born in Bangalore in November 2023, the concentration Rohan Murthy is the third grandson of Narayan Murthy and Sudha Murthy. They also have two granddaughters- Krishna and Anushka, who are the daughters of Akshata Murthy and British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

Narayan Murthy’s daughter Akshata Murthy has 3.89 lakh shares of the company, ie 1.04 percent stake in the company. They will also get Rs 85.71 crore from the final dividend of Infosys. Narayan Murthy himself will get Rs 33.3 crore from dividend, while his wife Sudha Murthy will get Rs 76 crore. A record date for getting dividend has been fixed on 30 May and the payment will be made on 30 June.
